Our Story
Happy Brew Coffee opened its doors on West Jefferson Street with a simple conviction: that great coffee doesn't need a fancy address or a long menu. It needs good beans, a patient hand, and a space where people actually want to stay.
We source single-origin beans from farms that treat their land and their workers with the same care we bring to every pour. Each roast is chosen for what it is — not what it's supposed to be. Our pastries are made in-house every morning. Our espresso is pulled slowly.
Hazlehurst is where we live, and we built this place to be a part of the town's rhythm — a stop on the way to somewhere, a place to linger when there's nowhere else to be, a quiet room with good light and better coffee.
